PANEL APPLICATION

Submission Deadline: February 28, 2025 -11:59 PM EST  

  • Panels will take place throughout the day on Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, July 1st (2025).
  • Each panel must be 45 minutes - 1 hour in duration.
  • Panel applications are not first-come, first-served. Submitting a panel application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • The panel room will be equipped with microphones and a video display/projector.
  • If a panel is to include a visual presentation, panelists are required to bring their own laptop(s) and presentation software.
  • HoHCC will schedule panels based on needs and availability. Panelists' time and date preferences will be considered, but scheduling will be at HoHCC's sole discretion. Panel schedules may change; panelists will be notified of required schedule changes.
  • Bring any presentations, videos, sound files etc. on your laptop or a USB drive as Internet connectivity at the event may be unreliable.
  • Panelists are provided with free weekend (2-day) admission to the HoHCC.
  • Applicants will be notified via email by March 14, 2025 of panel acceptance status.
  • Check your SPAM/JUNK folder for communications from HoHCC.
  • Your information will not be sold or distributed to any third party or organization.
  • By submitting a panel all panelists agree to the terms outlined above.
